ประกาศผลกิจกรรม
  1. ประกาศรายชื่อผู้โชคดีวันที่ 28 เมษายน 2557 ผ่านทาง http://www.facebook.com/ThaiAirways ทั้งนี้อาจมีการเลื่อนวันประกาศผลของแต่ละรางวัลไปตามที่คณะกรรมการพิจารณาโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
  2. ผู้โชคดีจะได้รับการติดต่อทางโทรศัพท์/อีเมล์ โดยเจ้าหน้าที่จากบริษัท อินโนเวทีฟ มาร์เกตติ้ง คอมมิวนิเคชั่น จำกัด
เงื่อนไขและกติกาการร่วมสนุกกิจกรรม "Fly Safe with THAI"
  1. ผู้ร่วมสนุกจะต้องเข้าร่วม “Fly Safe with THAI” Facebook Application โดยต้องกด Like Thai Airways Facebook Page ก่อนจึงสามารถเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมได้ จากนั้นร่วมเล่นเกมกับการบินไทย โดยให้ผู้เล่นเลือกปรับตัวเลือกต่างๆ ให้ถูกต้องตามหลัก Safety เช่น พนักพิง ถาดอาหาร เข็มขัดนิรภัย ตู้เก็บของเหนือศีรษะ ม่านหน้าต่าง โดยจะมีอุปกรณ์พิเศษ (Special Item) ช่วยเพิ่มเวลา เพิ่มคะแนน เป็นโล่ป้องกันการตัดคะแนนเมื่อกดผิด และเมื่อเวลาใกล้หมด ผู้เล่นสามารถส่งคำเชิญถึงเพื่อนให้มาร่วมเล่นเกมได้เพื่อเพิ่มเวลา โดยการเชิญเพื่อน 1 คนสามารถเพิ่มเวลาได้ 10 วินาที ซึ่งเชิญเพื่อนได้สูงสุด 3 คน ผู้เล่นที่ทำคะแนนได้มากที่สุดภายในเวลาที่กำหนด จะได้รับรางวัลบัตรโดยสารไป – กลับ กรุงเทพฯ – อินชอน ชั้นประหยัด 1 รางวัล รางวัลละ 2 ใบ ซึ่งผู้เล่นสามารถเห็นคะแนนของผู้เล่นคนอื่นๆ ที่ได้คะแนนสูงสุดอันดับ 1-10 และคะแนนของเพื่อนใน Facebook ที่มาร่วมเล่นเกม โดยผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมสามารถ share คะแนนที่เล่นได้จากกิจกรรม โดยเมื่อสิ้นสุดกิจกรรม ผู้ได้รับรางวัลจะตัดสินจากผู้เล่นที่ทำคะแนนได้มากที่สุดจากคะแนนของผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมทั้งหมด
  2. กิจกรรมนี้จะสิ้นสุดใน วันที่ 9 เมษายน 2557 เวลา 24.00 น. ตามเวลาในประเทศไทย ดังนั้น การเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมใน Application จะต้องทำก่อนเวลา 24.00 น. ของวันที่ 9 เมษายน 2557
  3. เมื่อผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมกด Submit และได้เล่นเกมเรียบร้อยแล้ว ถือว่าผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมประสงค์จะร่วมแข่งขัน และได้ยอมรับเงื่อนไขทุกประการของกิจกรรมนี้แล้ว
  4. ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมยินยอม และอนุญาตให้บริษัทฯ นำภาพจากกิจกรรม เผยแพร่สู่สาธารณชนเพื่อการประชาสัมพันธ์ในโอกาสต่างๆ และ/หรือเพื่อประโยชน์ทางการค้าของบริษัทฯ และ/หรือผลิตภัณฑ์ได้โดยไม่ต้องจ่ายค่าตอบแทนใดๆ ให้แก่ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม ไม่ว่าเรื่องดังกล่าวจะเกี่ยวข้องกับการร่วมกิจกรรมนี้หรือไม่ก็ตาม
  5. คำตัดสินของบริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) ถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด
รางวัล
  1. รางวัลของกิจกรรมนี้ประกอบด้วย
    • - รางวัลที่ 1: บัตรโดยสารเครื่องบินไป – กลับระหว่างประเทศ จากการบินไทย เส้นทางกรุงเทพฯ – อินชอน ชั้นประหยัด 2 ที่นั่ง จำนวน 1 รางวัล (ค่าธรรมเนียมและค่าภาษีอื่นๆ รวมถึงค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นนอกเหนือจากมูลค่าสิ่งของรางวัลที่ได้รับ ผู้รับรางวัลจะต้องเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายเองทั้งหมด (อาทิเช่น ค่าภาษีสนามบิน ค่าภาษีน้ำมัน หรือค่าใช้จ่ายจากการเดินทางเพื่อมารับรางวัลและอื่นๆ)
    • - รางวัลที่ 2: ของที่ระลึกจากการบินไทย จำนวน 20 รางวัล
  2. มอบรางวัล บัตรโดยสารเครื่องบินไป – กลับ กรุงเทพฯ – อินชอน แก่ผู้โชคดีจากกิจกรรมภายในวันที่ 7 พฤษภาคม 2557 ที่บริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) เลขที่ 89 ถนนวิภาวดีรังสิต เขตจตุจักร กรุงเทพฯ 10900 (สถานที่และเวลาอาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง โดยเจ้าหน้าที่จะทำการติดต่อเพื่อยืนยันอีกครั้ง)
  3. ผู้โชคดีที่ได้รับรางวัลมูลค่าตั้งแต่ 1,000 บาทขึ้นไป จะต้องหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย 5% ของมูลค่ารางวัลทั้งหมดที่ได้รับ ตามคำสั่งกรมสรรพากรที่ ทป. 101/2544
  4. ค่าธรรมเนียมและค่าภาษีอื่นๆ รวมถึงค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นนอกเหนือจากมูลค่าสิ่งของรางวัลที่ได้รับ ผู้รับรางวัลจะต้องเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายเองทั้งหมด (อาทิเช่น ค่าภาษีสนามบิน ค่าภาษีน้ำมัน หรือค่าใช้จ่ายจากการเดินทางเพื่อมารับรางวัลและอื่นๆ)
  5. ผู้ได้รับรางวัล บัตรโดยสารเครื่องบินไป – กลับ กรุงเทพฯ – อินชอน ต้องติดต่อเพื่อยืนยันการรับของรางวัลตามสถานที่และวันเวลา ที่บริษัทฯ กำหนดด้วยตนเอง โดยนำบัตรประชาชนหรือบัตรที่ทางราชการออกให้พร้อมสำเนารับรองความถูกต้อง 1 ฉบับ หากไม่สามารถมาด้วยตนเองจะต้องมีเอกสารมอบอำนาจให้ครบถ้วน ในกรณีที่ผู้โชคดีที่ได้รับรางวัลอายุต่ำกว่า 15 ปีบริบูรณ์ จะต้องนำสูติบัตรฉบับจริงและสำเนารับรองความถูกต้องจำนวน 1 ฉบับมาแสดง โดยให้มาพร้อมกับผู้ปกครอง (ผู้ปกครองจะต้องนำบัตรประชาชนและทะเบียนบ้านพร้อมสำเนารับรองความถูกต้อง จำนวนอย่างละ 1 ชุดมาแสดงด้วย)
  6. บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธมอบของรางวัลหากพบว่าเอกสารหลักฐานไม่ครบ หรือไม่ถูกต้องตามเงื่อนไขที่บริษัทฯ กำหนด
  7. ของรางวัลไม่สามารถโอนสิทธิ์หรือเปลี่ยนมือได้ และไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสดได้
  8. ผู้ชนะที่ได้รับรางวัลทุกประเภท ยินยอม และอนุญาตให้บริษัทฯ นำภาพจากกิจกรรม เผยแพร่สู่สาธารณชนเพื่อการประชาสัมพันธ์ในโอกาสต่างๆ และ/หรือเพื่อประโยชน์ทางการค้าของบริษัทฯ และ/หรือผลิตภัณฑ์ได้โดยไม่ต้องจ่ายค่าตอบแทนใดๆ ให้แก่ผู้เข้าร่วมรายการและผู้โชคดี ไม่ว่าเรื่องดังกล่าวจะเกี่ยวข้องกับการร่วมรายการนี้หรือไม่ก็ตาม
  9. บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงของรางวัลที่มีมูลค่าเทียบเท่าตามที่บริษัทฯ เห็นสมควรโดยมิต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม

พนักงานของบริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) และบริษัทวิงสแปนเซอร์วิสเซส จำกัด บริษัทผู้แทนจำหน่ายหลัก รวมถึงพนักงานของร้านค้าตัวแทนจำหน่ายไม่สามารถเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมได้

Campaign period

7 March - 9 April 2014

Winner announcement
  1. Announce winners on 28 April 2014 via http://www.facebook.com/ThaiAirways. Time and place are subject to change without prior notice.
  2. Winners may be contacted by staffs of Innovative Marketing Communication Co, Ltd.
Rules and Instructions
  1. To participate in the campaign, participants must log on to “Fly Safe with THAI” application on www.facebook.com/ThaiAirways and click Like Thai Airways Facebook page. To play the game, participants click on the seat back, the tray, seat belt, overhead compartment, and window shade to adjust them to the right position. During the game, special items – time plus, score plus, and shield – will show up to help them. When the time is almost over, participants can send up to 3 invitations to their friends to increase the time. Each invitation increases 10 seconds. A player with highest score will win 2 round-trip Economy class tickets for Bangkok – Incheon. A player can also view top ten scores and friends’ scores, and share his/her own score to the Facebook wall. Winners will be chosen based on highest scores.
  2. Campaign ends on 28 April 2014 at 24.00 (GMT +7). Therefore, all scores must be submitted by 28 Apirl 2014 at 24.00 (GMT +7) to be accepted.
  3. By clicking ‘Submit’ and playing the game, you have already accepted terms and conditions of this campaign.
  4. Each entrant agrees and acknowledges that sponsor and any of its designee may, without any limitation or further compensation, use his or her name, nick name, Facebook account name, if any, voice, biographical data and/or likeness in any and all media now know or hereinafter devised, throughout the universe and in perpetuity, for the purpose of advertising and promoting the campaign or any other promotion and contest.
  5. Thai Airways' decision on all matters relating to the campaign shall be final, binding and conclusive and no correspondence will be entertained.
Prize
  1. There are 2 prizes for this campaign
    • - 2 round-trip Economy class tickets for Bangkok – Incheon route for 1 winner with highest score. (Departure taxes, inspection fees, airport taxes and luggage fee (if applicable) and other related charge are not included in the prizes.)
    • - Gifts from Thai Airways for 20 winners.
  2. 1st prize will be given to winners by 7 May 2014 at Thai Airways International Public Company Limited, Head Office, 89 Vibhavadi Rangsit Road Bangkok 10900, Thailand (Time and place may be re-announced and winners will be contacted)
  3. Winners are responsible for paying 5% Withholding Tax if the value of the prize is more than 1,000 Baht.
  4. Departure taxes, inspection fees, airport taxes and luggage fee (if applicable) and other related charge are not included in the prizes.
  5. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-changeable once issued.
  6. Winner of Bangkok – Nagoya tickets must provide the copy of National Identification card or passport for receiving the prize. And if the winner is unable to get the prize by themselves, they can give a letter of authorization to authorize another person to collect their prize on their behalf. Identification of the authorized person must be provided.
  7. Thai Airways reserves the right to deny handing out prizes if document required are not complete or not in accordance of mentioned conditions.
  8. Thai Airways reserves the right to change the prize that is of same monetary value without prior notice.
Participants

The contest is open for participants of all ages, education, and occupation who are not employed by Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI), wingspan services co. ltd, or any of THAI agencies.


*Thai Airways reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, and to suspend, terminate or vary the campaign prizes with or without notice to customers. The mode of notification of suspension, termination or variation shall be at THAI’s sole discretion, including but not limited to branch display merchandising and statement inserts.


**Thai Airways holds no responsibility in case the visa application of the prize winners is denied by the Country Embassy due to the fact that their qualifications do not meet the Country Embassy’s requirements
